1. Q: How do I place an order?
A: (1) First, you need to browse the items you want to order.(2) Once you find the item you are interested in, click on the item title or name to view its product details page. Here you can find more information about the item.(3) When you are ready to order all the items in your Cart Items, fill in your personal information and click the Continue to Checkout button. Then follow the quick and easy instructions to complete the payment.

Credit cards (Visa and Master Card) are used for online payments.
Please add the items you want to your shopping cart and check out, then you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information to complete the payment

When you place an order using Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can log in with your PayPal username and password to confirm the payment, and then complete the payment securely through PayPal
3. Q: Can I cancel or change my order after I submit it?
A: You can only cancel or change your order before we start shipping. We usually process and ship the items within 48 hours. If you want to change your order, please feel free to contact us. If the item you want to cancel has entered the shipping process, you can return the item after receiving it.
4. Q: What currencies do you accept?
A: Currently we accept British Pounds, Euros and US Dollars. When ordering from other countries, your credit statement should include the foreign exchange rate of your bank on that day.

A: It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and arrange shipment. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after payment. You can usually receive your order within 5-10 business days. We currently only offer DHL, EMS and UPS, etc.
